Service and Response Technician

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an energy company who have expanded into installing heat pumps and solar panels. They are looking for a Service and Response Technician to join their field based team. You will be responsible for Air Source Heating installation across their customers homes. Voted in the top 100 best large companies to work for in the UK and Which? Magazine accredited.

The client is looking for successful candidates to be within 20 miles of Swindon, Reading, Bristol or Newbury.

What you’ll be doing:

• Installing Air Source Heat Pumps as a heating expert and demonstrating technical expertise.
• Carrying out servicing of Air Source Heat Pump installations, including the servicing of un-vented cylinders.
• Attending customers homes to fault find and repair when necessary.
• Delivering with a high level of SHE standards to keep you, your colleagues and customers safe.
• Collaborating with other teams throughout the wide business.

What experience you’ll need to apply:

• NVQ Level 2 in Domestic Plumbing and Heating
• Unvented Hot Water Storage Certificate (G3 Requirement)
• A current full UK driving license
• Experience of residential installations
