Job Summary:

I’m currently working with a Leading Financial Services business, who have assembled a team of brilliant data experts sharing a common vision: to transform the way they use data and bring about better outcomes for more people. They’re looking for a Senior Power BI Consultant to lead the way in creating world-class reports, dashboards, and data visualisations, answering critical business questions and supporting decision-making at all levels of the organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing:
📈 Lead as a data visualisation expert, setting best practices while managing multiple projects.
🌐 Drive the delivery of analytics and data visualisation initiatives, collaborating effectively across the organisation.
📊 Design and develop sustainable reports, dashboards, and data visualisations to meet business requirements.
📋 Define data requirements, create, and build appropriate data assets to support analysis.
🗣️ Communicate findings to influence decision-making.
📐 Promote robust data visualisation practices and mentor junior team members.

What Experience You’ll Need:
✔️ Expertise in Power BI, using DAX for measures, and crafting visualisations.
💻 Strong SQL skills. Databricks experience is a plus.
📣 Effective communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
🚀 Experience with Power Platform in BI solutions (Power Automate, PowerApps) is desirable.

This position is offering a salary of up to £73,000, plus an annual bonus and a great benefits package!

With offices based in Glasgow or Edinburgh, there is an expectation to be in the office 2 days a week.
