Marketing Automation Manager

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Automation Manager to play a key role in enhancing processes within a compliance-focused organisation. 

What You’ll Be Doing?

• Execute a global marketing automation roadmap, introducing new features and scaling practices internationally.
• Collaborate with global Marketing teams to identify and streamline automation opportunities, reducing manual effort.
• Manage the full marketing automation development lifecycle with a focus on system and data integrity.
• Develop scalable reporting mechanisms and lead the creation of a robust data/automation model.
• Collaborate on lead scoring and management processes, optimizing continuously.
• Establish standardized processes for the creation of automated marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with sales and customer operations to enhance lead management processes.

What Experience You’ll Need to Apply?

• Technical expertise in marketing technology (MarTech), supporting both acquisition and retention activities.
• Ability to convey complex information in clear and approachable formats for diverse audiences.
• Data-driven and organized, capable of enhancing process efficiency and solving global problems.
• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and drive improvements.
• Comfortable working at both strategic and tactical levels, championing innovative automation and reporting.
