My client is a leading developer of Solar projects in the US and they are looking for a Solar Operations Manager to join their Site Acquisition team. My client has a long track record of developing several gigawatts of solar and battery storage projects throughout the United States.
What you’ll be doing?
- Managing a team of site analysts to process sites for solar development.
- Train, mentor and develop team members.
- Manage multiple projects of varying stages through the early stages of interconnection, zoning and land capabilities.
- Liaising with internal teams across the project life cycle.
- Managing performance and maintaining high energy alongside excellent customer service.
- Track and document multiple projects through Salesforce.
What experience you’ll need to apply?
- 5 years experience within the solar/real estate/telecoms industry.
- Proven experience managing a team with experience in hiring, training, and mentoring strong teams.
- Highly organized individual with an attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
- Sales operation experience.
- Track record of growth within teams.
- Experience in using Salesforce (or a CRM), GIS sofware and AutoCAD are desirable.
