Office / Studio Manager role within a leading Events Agency.

Salary up to £50,000.

Operationally led role with opportunities to grow with the business and move to Social Media.

This is an amazing oppoutunity for an Office / Studio Manager to join a leader in the event design industry renowned for their creativity and innovation. This events agency pride themselves on delivering outstanding live events that elevate brand, services, and products. With a supportive team and a well-resourced design office in London, they are committed to personal development and excellence. The team brings over 40 years of combined experience in designing and producing stunning corporate and private events, weddings, and international productions. 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

In this role, you will work closely with the Directors, General Manager, Finance Manager, and Event Design & Production teams to support company operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing office purchasing and operations
  • Handling diary management for Directors
  • Overseeing and improving company processes
  • Tracking sales and managing CRM
  • Coordinating information internally and externally
  • Sourcing, booking, and communicating with suppliers and venues
  • Managing annual leave
  • Writing marketing and website content
  • Potential to help with companies Social Media.

WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY:

  • Expereince in a similar role within an agency is preferable. For example, previous roles may include Studio Manager, Office Manager, Executive Assistant, Office Assistant or PA roles.
  • Outstanding time management & organisational skills with the ability tow ork under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Apple and Microsoft Suite.
  • Experience managing directors’ diaries and meetings.
  • Previous experience in high-end hospitality or events would be desirable but essential.
  • HR experience would also be a benefit.
