We’re recruiting for a Head of Digital & Experience to join a prominent financial services brand in Bristol. This role is hybrid with 2 days per week in a central Bristol location. Part-time can also be considered.
What you’ll be doing
As the Head of Digital & Experience, you will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and manage a team that includes UX/UI Designers, SEO, Content, and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) specialists. You’ll oversee experiences both online and offline, working closely with the brand team to ensure a consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
In addition to managing a team and overseeing digital and experience work, you’ll help create and lead the strategy for new and existing customer experiences, including developing a clear vision for web and customer platforms. Here you’ll find a supportive culture where you are empowered to make decisions and encouraged to take initiative.
You’ll collaborate closely with the wider leadership team and build strong relationships across the business in marketing, brand, IT, planning, and change, among others. As a manager, you’ll also be responsible for your team’s budget.
This role would suit someone from a UX background who has a good grasp on CRO and experience leading multidisciplinary teams of UX and digital specialists. As it’s a small in-house team, you’ll still get hands-on with projects.
