Opportunity to join a leading Creative Studio in an influential, Senior Role.

Salary in the region £50-55k.

Hybrid working with 2 days WFH a week.

This London based agency are a leaders in the commercial design space sector and offer 360 brand services including brand strategy, insights & research, brand communications and PR alongside their core services of retail fit out, window installation, pop up and experiential spaces. Their clients are well known brands across the retail and hospitality sectors and include big names in the beauty, lifestyle and luxury sectors.
 
This Senior Marketing & New Business Manager role is pivotal within the agency and will be leading their expanding sales and marketing function on a global scale. This is a new role that will be involved with the strategic direction of the agency, growth in revenue and creating marketing campaigns to boost the agencies visibility.
 
What you’ll be doing…

  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients and partners, and spot opportunities for organic growth with existing accounts.
  • Execute targeted digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Lead new business pitches, manage existing client relationships, and mentor the wider team.
  • Maintaining ‘brand guardianship’ for the agency’s brand, overseeing their messaging and communications across all touchpoints.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best sales practices, and network actively with key influencers.

 
What experience you’ll need to apply…

  • Proven experience in marketing, sales, or strategy , preferably within the creative design or agency industry.
  • You’ll be comfortable leading outbound sales, handling inbound enquiries, contributing to pitches and developing the agency offering.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and current trends, including web, social media, SEO, thought leadership, and PR.
  • Global experience (EMEA, APAC & USA) is advantageous.
  • Aim to be, or already be, a leader in the creative industries and a catalyst for positive change. Actively and consistently network, building relationships with key influencers, creatives, and brand stakeholders.
