About the Paid Social Manager role

We are seeking a strategic Paid Social Manager with expertise in creating, running and optimising Meta Ads and TikTok Ads to join our dynamic team. This role demands a creative and forward-thinking Paid Social expert to support the growth of several e-commerce brands. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of Paid Social strategies, in addition to campaign implementation and optimisation with a background in a similar role, working with Ecommerce/D2C brands. Role and Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy and Management: Support the agency’s integrated approach to Paid Social and creative, ensuring a forward-thinking, holistic, seamless, and future-facing offer. Manage team and client actions to keep the agency at the forefront of paid media campaign planning, strategy, and execution.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance metrics for your clients and execute campaigns across various paid media platforms.
  • Planning Development: Develop Paid Social plans focused on specific products and strategic goals.
  • Creative Collaboration: Develop client briefs for performance creative, which are then sent to our designer.
  • Data Segmentation and Campaign Building: Utilise product and audience insights to segment and build datasets for each campaign.
  • Internal and External Communications: Maintain effective communications to ensure that all relevant departments are informed about activity, deadlines, and outputs.
  • Campaign Implementation and Optimisation: Deploy successful Paid Social campaigns, manage their implementation, and execute adjustments based on analytical insights.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Measure and report on the performance of Paid Social campaigns, gain insights, and assess against goals. Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust campaigns accordingly.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Proven track record in a fast-paced environment, ideally agency-side, managing Paid Social campaigns for e-commerce brands – you might be a Paid Media/Paid Social Executive or a Paid Media/Paid Social Specialist looking for a step up.
  • Hands-on experience managing Paid Social campaigns for channels with a focus on Meta Ads and TikTok.
  • Proficient in various Paid advertising platforms including Meta Ads and TikTok Ads. If you have experience across wider Paid Social channels, this is a bonus!
  • Deep understanding of the Paid Social space, specifically relating to e-commerce brands, including strategy, hands on implementation and reporting and making recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; ability to effectively multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret extensive data to make strategic decisions.
  • Ability to work independently, understand Paid Social trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
