We’re excited to be working with a fantastic fintech company who are looking to add a Digital Marketing Specialist to their talented team. As Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be managing all things Paid Media and SEO, whilst supported by the Content and Digital Leads. This is a newly formed role, and you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on the growth of the PPC/SEO function within a dynamic and forward thinking company. This role would suit someone with a background in setting up and managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns, and has a strong grasp of technical and content SEO. What you’ll be doing

  • Manage and optimise PPC campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Bing Ads, ensuring maximum ROI. Regularly conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and refine strategies.
  • Track, analyse, and report on PPC campaigns and website analytics. Ensure ad spend remains within budget while maximising reach and conversions.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, conducting thorough keyword research and optimising on-page and off-page elements.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Moz to monitor site performance and make data-driven improvements. Collaborate with the content team to produce SEO-aligned content.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in SEO and PPC, and present performance reports to the marketing team and management.

Experience you’ll need

  • 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
  • Strong proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz) and PPC platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads), along with experience using analytics tools like Search Console.
  • Skilled in creating compelling copy that aligns with the corporate tone of voice and style guide.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data and make informed, actionable recommendations. Experience with bid management tools is advantageous.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in MS Office, marketing software (e.g., CRM), and WordPress.
