Career progression.
I am looking for a Process Engineer to join an exciting textile recycling start-up focused on converting nylon, polyester, elastane and others from polymers to monomers to decarbonize the textile industry.
What you’ll be doing?
As a process engineer, you will lead analysis and studies for pilot and plant designs using tools like ASPEN and Matlab, develop thermodynamic models, design PFDs and P&IDs, and size equipment for scaling up from pilot to pre-industrial plants. You’ll also plan and execute experiments to develop the process flow sheet and guide thermodynamic and kinetic experiments. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with the research team to optimize catalysts, reaction conditions, and purification processes, and lead interactions with external engineering partners for pilot plant design.
What experience you’ll need?
