The world is moving at pace, the desire to ‘do business sustainably’ is high up the agenda for many as we adapt into our new world; And this includes us here at ADLIB through the latest addition to the team, Alys Bowerman.

Alys leads the Sustainability recruitment function at ADLIB, covering CSR (Corporate & Social Responsibility), ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance), Climate Change & Clean Energy appointments. She has extensive recruitment experience in agency and as a business owner and has worked on-site for clients, placing both technical and commercial staff through to executive “C” levels appointments across the UK and internationally.

For many years, We enjoyed working with numerous purpose-driven organizations across our core sectors. However, the addition of a sustainability recruitment team adds a whole new level of specialist knowledge to those on the front line of driving sustainability projects and agendas.
