When I was a kid I wanted to become:
Beatrix Potter, I always had pencils and paint brushes to hand. This was closely followed by being a Disney performer.
For me, this is “what working at ADLIB” is all about:
Working at ADLIB has been a fantastic experience so far. I am really enjoying the inclusive and diverse “no ego” culture. I feel really supported and surrounded by inspiring people who want to help me succeed.
My biggest feel-good moment since I’ve been at ADLIB:
So far for me, it has been my involvement with the MotherBoard events and Charter and seeing successes from that. I have been working closely with Sophie, learning this part of the business which is completely new to me, but has always been something I felt incredibly passionate about. Networking and speaking to businesses about the MotherBoard Charter has really given me a boost in my confidence and it has felt brilliant to have companies sign up.
How I explain what I do at a party:
I work on the London Tech desk, specialising in software development positions across all modern tech stacks. I am also heavily involved in the MotherBoard – a community, event series and charter supporting women in tech and mothers returning to work after maternity.
