Sam shares his take…

When I was a kid I wanted to become…
I had recently moved to France at the age of 5 and started attending a French school. On my first day they asked what I wanted to become, and I responded with ‘a Dog’. I was obsessed with dogs…Hence the gif on my profile!

For me, this is “what working at ADLIB” is all about: 
It’s recruitment without the boiler room mentality and big egos. You can recruit comfortably, knowing you have a great name like ADLIB supporting you, while also being a B Corp. 

My biggest feel-good moment since I’ve been at ADLIB: 
Joining such a great team and company. Everything ADLIB said they would deliver, they have and more – That’s my number 1 feel good moment. 

How I explain what I do at a party: 
I help place contractors within the Product & Agile Delivery market at ADLIB. I help deliver a wide range of candidates across the Southwest and throughout the UK on a remote basis. These candidates are; Project Managers, Product Managers, Account Managers/Directors to agencies within the Southwest on a contract basis alongside making sure these candidates find the right role for them.  

Beyond recruitment at ADLIB, I care about:
Beyond recruitment, I care about all things related to motorbikes, gaming/tech, food, and traveling. You’ll find me zipping through the Mendips, playing the latest video game/trying the latest tech, tasting some sort of foreign cuisine or traveling with friends!
