We had a chat with their Marketing Director Hayley Brace about their journey to drive positive change and innovation in the digital landscape.

Over 70% of our current clients are purpose-led businesses or charities. We partner with organisations making a positive impact and change happen, we work with every shape of purpose to create engaging, accessible and sustainable websites.

At Pixeled Eggs, we started with a vision of being a responsible and sustainable business. This meant we needed to be conscious about the company we kept and the way we operate. These principles led us organically to where we are today, a Certified B Corp digital agency.
We started our B Corp journey to strengthen our business practices and be part of a community that holds itself accountable to positive change. We wanted to direct our efforts not just on what we do and who we do it with, but also on how we do it and what can be changed to create a better business that’s a genuine force for good.
Being part of the B Corp movement provides us with a benchmark and measure for continuous business improvement. It is a community of organisations set on creating a better future for everyone. A network of peers and partners aligned with our business ethics and mission.
It’s about acting now and making positive change happen now and into the future.
A team here for change. We want to change all the things our clients want to change. And a few other things besides.
Although purpose-led agencies are on the rise there is still a majority who are unaware or simply do not care about the impact they are having. This is something that needs to be addressed. At Pixeled Eggs we want to see a systematic change happen and believe in leading how digital should be done.
Being a B Corp means we are an ethical supplier that meets the highest standards of social and environmental responsibility. As a result of being a B Corp, we now consider sustainability throughout our entire design and build process, with the view to create better-performing websites with a lower carbon footprint. We also inherently focus on designing websites that understand audience needs, through an insight research-led approach we create beautiful websites that are desirable, responsive and accessible for the people using them.
We provide a balanced perspective to create more accessible websites that perform better, are built to last and don’t cost the earth.
We established our agency because we believed there was a better way to operate and treat our clients and employees. This is reflected in our culture and the way we work.

We’re a team that loves to get together and to make this happen recently opened our own offices in Windsor.
Over the next few months, we’re increasing the support we give to good causes and charities, by partnering with the Charity Digital Skills Report 2024. This industry critical survey acts as a barometer for the sector, a basis to benchmark and is used to influence funding and support for UK non-profits.
We’re also pitching an exciting panel as well as applying to be an Event Maker at the B Corp Festival in September 2024.
Finally, we will soon be launching our new Pixeled Eggs website and refreshed brand, one that realigns and focuses our brand position and visual expression to our mission as a purpose-led digital agency.
