In 2019, we were immensely proud to have been certified as a B Corp business. In fact, we’re the only recruitment company of our kind in the UK. Merry Christmas to that!

Being a B Corp comes with great responsibility. We care deeply for our own people, the external communities and social enterprises we support and the environment.

So forgive us that we won’t be rocking up to your offices this year laden with Christmas gifts – a bottle of wine, desk calendar or an ADLIB mouse mat. Instead, we have donated the cash to a variety of homeless charities who do an incredible job not only at this time but all year round.

You’re the reason we’re fortunate enough to be able to make the donations in the first place and for that, we are incredibly grateful.

In addition, far beyond the monetary, team, ADLIB will be supporting homeless charities such as St Mungos, Julian Trust and Shelter this December in their own way. From donating much-needed items such as clothing, blankets, toiletries and food, setting up regular donations, to helping out as volunteers.
