The Client pays the Contractor directly and ADLIB invoices a fee each month based on the number of days worked.
AFO is a contract model with flexibility & reduced admin. It can be used in all circumstances, even when the Client has a Managed Service Provider for contract recruitment.
It is suitable for “Inside & Outside IR35”
The contractor registers with a third-party umbrella company & they temporarily employ the contractor, make payments to them and deal with their tax and NI deductions.
All umbrellas we work with are FCSA accredited, this is the easiest method for a contractor to get set up.
It is suitable for “Inside & Outside IR35” – however, it is mainly used for “Inside IR35”.
ADLIB acts as temporary employer with the contractor coming onto our payroll. We operate PAYE Tax, Employee’s & Employer’s NI on payments before they are made to the Contractor.
This solution is only suitable for contracts that are” Inside IR35”.
ADLIB pays the Contractor before deductions and tax and NI payments remain the responsibility of the Contractor.
It is likely that they rates for “Outside IR35” contractors via their own limited will be lower than “Inside IR35” via an umbrella.
This solution is only suitable for contracts that are “Outside IR35”.
