Pre COVID-19, we already focused on diversification, coupled with strengthening our existing proposition, recently adding Roy Bennett as Head of Engineering, Science & Innovation Recruitment to the team.

The current national focus on strengthening the UK’s Science & Innovation sectors, to combat the virus as a nation, means that the demand for top talent within that sector is at an all-time peak.

Over the years, we as ADLIB, have continuously evolved as a business – adapting at pace as the world and sectors around us evolve – ensuring to be ready and equipped to help our clients find and add talent to the team to enable them to evolve and to continue to innovate.

As we find ourselves working with more and more Engineering, Science & Innovation businesses and talent, it’s time for us to make some tweaks to how we refer to ourselves as a business – to remain authentic and transparent. Simply put, these days, we are a Recruitment Agency operating within the Technology, Data, Engineering, Science, Marketing and Design industries. Proudly B Corp certified.
