I am looking for an Administrative Assistant to join my client who is a leader in nanomaterial technologies based in Oxford.
What will you be doing?
As an Administrative Assistant they are looking for someone who would be involved in the below:
- Managing purchasing activities, including raising purchase orders for office, lab, and R&D needs.
- Handling logistics tasks such as creating shipping labels and coordinating order shipments with the production and sales teams.
- Organizing business travel for the team, including booking hotels and flight tickets.
- Overseeing office management, including coordinating cleaning services and ensuring the office space is tidy and functional.
- Communicating with various suppliers regarding equipment maintenance and service needs.
- Providing general administrative support to assist the team with day-to-day operations.
