We’re working with a fantastic leading European Manufacturer that are looking to add a Digital Marketing Manager to their team and support with all things PPC, Paid Social, SEO and email Marketing. You’ll join a talented team of Marketers and play a pivotal role in the growth and success of the D2C and B2B channels, working closely with the Marketing Director with support from the Digital Marketing Executives to implement successful campaigns across Digital channels. This role would be well suited to a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager or similar, with experience in managing and developing teams and ideally a background in retail or manufacturing. What you’ll be doing

  • As Digital Marketing Manager, you will support the development and implementation of performance marketing campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO and email channels and lead the Digital Marketing calendar. You’ll be supported by the wider Marketing team and marketing agency.
  • Optimise campaign performance across Paid Search and Paid Social consistently, working with the agency to develop new initiatives.
  • You’ll manage budgets and spend across channels in line with Digital Marketing priorities.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance through Google Search Console and GA4, providing regular updates on performance. You’ll be testing approaches to the performance channels and identifying areas of success and for improvement for ROI.
  • Leading and overseeing CRO, identifying improvements through A/B testing.
  • Collaborate with wider teams to ensure Digital Marketing activity aligns with overall business strategy.
  • Managing and mentoring Digital Marketing Executives.

Experience you’ll need

  • You should have experience in a similar Digital Marketing position, ideally within a retail or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in managing campaigns across Performance Marketing channels, with agency support.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Line management experience, whether in a small or larger team.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of GA4, Google Ads, scheduling platforms and email marketing platforms.
