Digital Project Manager

This award winning agency works with some of the world’s biggest brands to produce beautifully creative and effective CRM and email marketing campaigns. Based in Bristol and offering hybrid working patterns, this agency are looking for an experienced Mid-Weight Project Manager to join their team and help to deliver a range of CRM projects for their biggest client. The reason for this role is due to growth within the business, so you will be joining an already established team of Project Managers.
 
What you’ll be doing
 
The Project Manager will manage the day-to-day relationships with project stakeholders, internally and client-side, up to mid-level, taking responsibility for the management of small to mid-sized projects or sub-projects assigned to them, and project managing the delivery of these projects profitably, on-time and on-budget.
 
As a PM, you will work with the client services/project team and be actively involved in all aspects of the work and ensure projects are being delivered on track and within budget. You will be actively monitoring project risks and have the ability to identify and address these in advance. You will also be client facing and responsible for communication on project status. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing the project plan and working with discipline leads and project teams to execute strategies and estimating for project activities, including how they can be quality assessed.
 
What experience you’ll need
 

• You will need 2 years minimum, preferably gained agency side, in a similar role such as Delivery Manager, Digital Project Manager or Project Manager.
• You will be highly organised and experienced in tracking timelines and budgets and have proven track record of successful project roll-out.
• Ability to create a scope of work – requirement management, preparation and maintenance of business cases, and evaluation of alternative methods to learn from the past to improve delivery; project scope control, baseline change management.
• You will be confident liaising with clients and building strong client-side relationships.
• Bringing with you bags of enthusiasm, you will be a real team player, always happy to muck in to get the job done and most importantly, you will have real desire to achieve results and play a key role in the growth of the organisation. 
• You will have a working knowledge of MS Office/Gsuite
• Experience using Trello/Asana is preferable but not essential.
• You have a passion for the marketing industry and an understanding of current trends and developments.
