We’re working with a fast-growing travel business with international offices, and they’re hiring a Digital Project Manager to join the team. They’re a B Corp certified market leader with a focus on responsible tourism, helping customers travel as sustainably as possible while supporting international renewable projects to drive down carbon.

What you’ll be doing
As Digital Project Manager, you will lead web and digital projects, ensuring timely delivery, adhering to budgets, and maintaining high standards. This is a pivotal role in navigating project opportunities and constraints from inception to completion. It’s a broad project management role, covering digital technology, website, and implementation projects, including working with Drupal CMS, HubSpot integration, managing proprietary booking systems, and overseeing website rebuild projects – there’s plenty to get stuck into from day one! A key initial focus will be the website rebuild, alongside the digitisation of the entire travel experience, customer portal, and the development of an app in the future.

What experience you’ll need

  • Previous experience in a Digital Project Manager, Senior Digital Project Manager, or Delivery Manager position.
  • Experience in managing a range of digital projects, including website redesign and development.
  • Strong understanding of web development processes and experience working with technical teams.
  • Drupal experience is highly desirable.
  • International experience would be a bonus.
  • B2C experience.
  • Agile experience.
  • Experience in campaign-focused teams with a strong emphasis on results and ROI.
