Digital Project Manager FTC

We’re on the lookout for a Digital Project Manager to join a dynamic digital agency based in Oxfordshire. This is a maternity cover role starting in December (or January at the latest) to deliver high-profile, technically focused projects for prestigious automotive clients. They’re moving fast, so this could be your next role before the year is out.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll take the reins on delivering software and digital projects for their largest account. This role demands a solid grasp of agile, waterfall, and scrum methodologies, as well as UX and UI processes, as you’ll be working closely with developers, a QA tester, and a UX/UI designer.

You’ll report directly to the Head of Product and collaborate with two Product Owners, leading the charge on complex software builds. While it’s a fast-paced environment, you’ll have the chance to work alongside a small, close-knit team and contribute to impactful projects.

What experience you’ll need

• You’re an experienced Digital Project Manager or Senior Digital Project Manager with a background in software delivery.
• Experience gained in a digital agency.
• Familiarity with agile, waterfall, and scrum frameworks.
• Hands-on experience working with UX/UI teams and developers.
• Previous exposure to automotive projects is a bonus.
• A track record of delivering high-value technical projects with tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to engage internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Comfortable mentoring junior colleagues and working in a fast-paced, agile environment.

What you’ll get in return
You can expect a salary of up to £46,000 along with a competitive benefits scheme. This role is a maternity cover FTC with the possibility of extension and requires 1 day in the office (Oxfordshire).
