We’re working with a progressive and customer-centric company based in North Bristol. They are redefining the property industry and are recruiting for a Digital Transformation Manager/ Technical Project Manager to lead process improvements and implementation of new systems.
What you’ll be doing
As Digital Transformation Manager, you will streamline processes, improve communication between various software and systems, and drive automation throughout the business. This role is essential in ensuring that their current technology systems work cohesively and efficiently, allowing them to better serve their clients as they continue to grow.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve issues with existing software and systems that hinder productivity and efficiency.
- Serve as a liaison between development teams, technology suppliers, and other departments to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
- Evaluate the performance and functionality of their current Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRMS) and identify areas for improvement.
- Explore opportunities to integrate new software solutions while ensuring they complement and enhance the existing infrastructure.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager, HR Manager, and other department heads to understand their needs and challenges.
- Develop strategies to improve communication with external clients, potentially exploring ticketing systems or other efficient communication channels.
- Assess the potential for consolidating technology suppliers to enhance operational efficiency.
- Drive the implementation of automation tools within the business, particularly in the CRM system.
What experience you’ll need
- Proven experience in a similar role; Digital Transformation Manager, Technical Project Manager, Software Project Manager, Digital Project Manager or Agile Delivery Manager.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to bridge communication gaps between technical teams and non-technical departments.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRMS) and experience in assessing their performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and external clients.
- Tech-savvy and open to exploring new software solutions.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to improve processes.
