eCommerce Executive

We’re looking for an eCommerce Executive who is passionate to play a key role in helping to grow our client’s online stores and take their digital offering to the next level whilst playing a huge part in their digital re-platform and all elements of digital trading.

What you’ll be doing?

In this role, you will report to the Head of Marketing and will be responsible for the day to day running of the website, growing online sales and working on a great customer experience. You’ll update, maintain and merchandise the website along with creating SEO friendly blogs and liasing with the performance and eCommerce agencies the company partners with.

You’ll support in the re-platform of the site as well as support with internet order processing and shipping process with the warehouse. There will be an element of managing the eCommerce analytics in order to optimise and make improvements where necessary

What experience you’ll need to apply?

• At least a year’s experience in an eCommerce related role
• Experience using Shopify, Wordpress, Klaviyo and Google Analytics
• Strong communication both written and verbal
• Proactive and can take initiative where appropriate
• Keen eye for accuracy and detail
• Good interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
