  • Type Permanent

  • Salary 50,000 to 65,000

Join a leading eCommerce agency as a strategically minded Solutions Specialist.

Annual team trips, flexible & remote working, quarterly bonuses, budget for certifications.

Looking to interview and hire ASAP.

I’ve worked with this client for years now and am fortunate enough to know some of the team personally, so I can say with confidence that they’re one of the best performing and respected eCommerce agencies in the UK, backed up with a very inclusive and collaborative culture.
If you have experience in a Solutions focused role and understand key tech such as Adobe Commerce, Shopify, BigCommerce or Shopware for example, please read on.

If you do not have experience in these areas, and do not have right to work in the UK – please do not apply as your application will be rejected.

What you’ll be doing
As a Solutions Specialist you will be joining a well sized agency with a track record of delivering interesting, varied and complex eCommerce development projects for a variety of well-known, enterprise level clients across multiple industries.

This agency is well resourced including Designers, Developers, Marketers, Project Managers and the usual agency suspects, but most interestingly you’ll be joining the well-established Solutions team which comprises Strategists, Business Analysts, Solutions Architects and Solutions Specialists for example, reporting into the Head of eCommerce Solutions.

Day to day you’ll be at the centre of everything, as someone with strong technical understanding across key platforms such as Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce or Shopware for example, but also very client facing with superb communication skills and stakeholder management. You will own the roadmap, strategy, and have a keen interest in learning new platforms, keeping up to date with the latest eCommerce trends and market conditions. Whilst it’s likely you have worked as a Solutions Specialist before, you may also have experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, eCommerce Manager or similar within the eCommerce space agency or Clientside.

Some perks of being part of this wonderful team include annual trips away, budget for additional training/certifications of your choice, quarterly bonuses based on company performance, a clear progression plan, choice of working (100% remote, hybrid or office based with multiple locations), and inclusion to regular networking events, meet ups and conferences.

Whilst remote working is available, all employees must be UK based.

What experience you’ll need

  • Strong knowledge with eCommerce platforms such as Adobe Commerce (Magento), BigCommerce, Shopware or Shopify.
  • Previous experience as a Solutions Specialist, or similar role within eCommerce, such as Business Analyst, Product Owner, eCommerce Manager for example.
  • Up to date on the latest eCommerce tech and market trends with an ability to spot opportunities and advise suitability both internally and externally.
  • Thrive in a client facing role, with great communication skills where you’ll be leading presentations, pitches, meetings and ultimately building lasting relationships quickly with new and existing clients.
  • Be solutions orientated (obviously) and bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strategically minded, with an eye on commercial viability.
  • Be pro-active, mindful, and ability to work under pressure at all times if/when needed.
  • Ability to manage own time effectively and be the voice of reason inside and knowledge in Pods.

What you’ll get in return
The support to make mistakes and learn from them, and the autonomy to work how you feel is best both mentally and physically.
My client loves promoting from within and offers a platform to do so with regular training, budget for additional certifications, above average salaries, quarterly bonuses and more.
