About the Email Marketing Executive role 

There’s an exciting opening for an experience Email Marketing Executive to join the team, a key position in a rapidly growing brand. The role will be responsible for the hands-on day to day ownership of our email campaigns with the aim of driving traffic to our website as well as improve customer acquisition and retention.

The nitty gritty 

This is a well-rounded email marketing role! Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will be our go to specialist for creating, building, implementing and scheduling all our email marketing campaigns as well creating all content both written and visual. There will be an element of analysing the campaign performance and reporting back your findings to the senior team.

What you’ll take on 

  • Working with a sizeable budget to deliver an email calendar
  • Planning, building and sending campaign and flow emails using Klaviyo
  • Content creation – both written and visual
  • Reviewing performance of all email campaigns
  • Strategically aligning email content with user behaviour, including triggers
  • Keeping transactional emails up to date based on feedback
  • Working across the teams to utilise engaging content within email

What experience you’ll need to apply 

  • A minimum of 2 years’ within an email marketing role or a digital marketing role with a heavy email focus
  • Good working knowledge of Klaviyo
  • Good content creation skills – Experience of Canva or Figma would be useful
  • Data reporting & Analytical skills
  • High attention to detail with excellent written English
  • Creative mindset
  • A willingness to grow with the company
  • A genuine interest in the our brand and our product – if you don’t love it you can’t sell it!
