This global event production company, based in South East London, specialise in content creation, technical production, and event design. This agency are known for delivering first-class events with an incredible global footprint. Their mid-sized team are passionate about integrating design and production to deliver events that are not only unique but memorable. They have clients across a range of sectors, including some very well known names!

Please note, this role involves frequent international travel (c. 1x a month) so you must be willing and able to travel internationally.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Project Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of high-profile events from concept to completion. Your responsibilities will include working closely with clients to define their briefs, coordinating with internal departments to provide innovative and practical solutions, and managing day-to-day client communications. You’ll book and coordinate skilled freelancers and technicians, oversee subcontractors, and ensure that all production elements are delivered on time and within budget. Additionally, you’ll handle health and safety protocols, manage project financials, and ensure all parties are aligned on key deliverables. After each project, you’ll lead debriefs and share insights to foster continuous improvement.

What Experience You’ll Need to Apply

  • Proven experience managing large-scale live events, with a strong understanding of technical and scenic disciplines.
  • Experience with virtual events is a plus, though not essential.
  • Expertise in handling complex budgets, especially those exceeding £250k.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to creative and client changes.
  • Willingness to embrace emerging technologies and innovations within the industry.
  • Availability for international travel, occasionally for extended periods.
