This is a fantastic and rare senior opportunity to join a market-leading financial services business. This role would be ideal for someone with experience as a Head of Brand or Senior Brand Manager within a regulated industry, preferably insurance or financial services.
What you’ll be doing:
The successful postholder will report to the CMO and sit within the wider marketing function. Initially, they will manage three more junior team members. The main purpose of this role is to own the brand and its positioning to target customers effectively. This will be achieved by utilizing available customer insights. It will be crucial to continuously measure and test the effectiveness of brand and communications. Another core responsibility will be to own the content, PR, and social strategy in collaboration with specialist team members, ensuring compelling narratives support the wider brand positioning. Last but not least, the Head of Brand will be accountable for managing the in-house creative team and external creative relationships.
What experience you’ll need to apply:
- Previous experience working in a similar role within a regulated industry.
- Evidence of designing a brand go-to-market strategy, whether for a new brand, brand refresh, or rebrand, with the ability to clearly link it to commercial outcomes.
- Experience in developing brand measurement frameworks and tracking.
- Evidence of driving the content, social, and PR strategy to promote brand narrative.
What you’ll get in return for your experience:
A salary of £70-90k DOE plus great benefits. This role will require presence in the Bristol office twice per week, either Tuesday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday.
