The Role
As Head of Strategy, you will:

• Lead the strategic function, setting the direction for business growth and client impact.
• Work closely with leadership to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with business objectives.
• Be highly commercial, identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities.
• Play an active role in agency pitches, developing compelling proposals, and delivering persuasive presentations.
• Meet with new and existing clients, acting as a key strategic adviser and uncovering opportunities for growth.
• Drive revenue growth by expanding advisory services and maximising client potential.
• Foster innovation, staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring long-term success and partnership.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing Strategy & UX team, cultivating a culture of excellence.

About You
We’re looking for someone with:

• Extensive experience in strategic planning, brand strategy, or consulting within a marketing agency.
• Brand and Digital marketing expertise.
• A proven track record of working with B2B clients across various industries.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to spot and secure new business opportunities.
• Experience leading and participating in agency pitches and client presentations.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
