The Opportunity
We now have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated person to join the HR and Reception Team in an Office Support/Receptionist role. This role will be based at our offices initially on a full-time basis, although there may be an opportunity to work from home one day per week. This role will work closely with our main Receptionist, and its focus will be on Office, Facilities and Administrative support with Reception cover as a secondary activity.
The key responsibilities of the role are:
• Office Support – Operations administration: working closely with the Operations Team to provide administration support and database management.
• Office Support – Facilities: Supporting the Facilities and Health & Safety Manager with delivery of FM Services.
• Reception Cover: Working effectively with our existing Receptionist to provide cover and an efficient reception experience.
About You
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a customer facing and administrative role with excellent knowledge of MS Office (including Teams). They will have the technical aptitude to learn how to operate various systems and procedures and they will also be able to maintain a friendly and professional service with a strong emphasis on providing the highest levels of customer care.
We are seeking an enthusiastic team player who is comfortable with liaising across the business to provide a friendly, professional and efficient service.
The successful candidate will also need to demonstrate the following to a high standard:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbally and in writing and a flexible, enthusiastic, and positive can-do attitude to work.
• Strong administration skills and an ability to prioritise plan and organise a varied workload with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Working successfully within a close-knit team and possessing pride in their work and a strong work ethic.
• A professional manner with excellent customer service skills.

Grade for this role is commensurate with experience and will be in the range of £27,500 – £29,000 per annum with excellent benefits.
