About the Paid Media Account Manager role

As a Paid Media Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing client accounts where the services we provide focus on the platforms of Meta and Google. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless execution and delivery of paid media campaigns by coordinating with internal teams of experts.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Client relationship management, acting as the primary point of contact for key Meta and Google client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Work closely with the Strategy Team to implement comprehensive paid media strategies, tailored to clients’ needs and objectives.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube).
  • Review creative performance to develop creative briefs for the design team to deliver best in class content and creative for Paid Media campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (paid media specialists, creative, content) to ensure campaigns are executed according to client expectations and industry best practices.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead quarterly strategy kick-off meetings with clients and internal teams to align on goals and objectives.
  • Analyse campaign performance data and provide actionable insights for optimisation.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, working closely with the business development team.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Proven track record in a fast-paced, environment, planning and delivering paid media campaigns for e-commerce / DTC brands – you might be an Account Manager, Account Executive looking to step up.
  • Knowledge of Meta & Google Advertising to a level where you feel comfortable talking about these platforms with clients and accessing Ads Manager to source data and insights for reporting purposes.
