Paid Social Manager

We’re really excited to be working with a purpose-driven agency who are looking to add a Paid Social professional to their dynamic and growing team. You’ll be joining a growing team will work closely with the wider Paid Media team to implement impactful LinkedIn Ads campaigns for a variety of clients including for global market leaders. This role would suit someone with experience in a similar Paid Social position with a focus on LinkedIn Ads, working with across a variety of B2B and B2C sectors. What you’ll be doing

• Create and implement strategies for LinkedIn Ad campaigns for clients across variety of sectors.
• Design and refine media strategies to enhance performance.
• Responsible for the management and LinkedIn Ad spend effectively and monitor spend to achieve strong ROI.
• Analyse and report on campaign performance, making recommendations if necessary.
• Work collaboratively with wider teams to ensure integrated Digital Marketing strategy.
• Stay on top of Paid Social marketing trends and pinpoint new opportunities for growth.
• Manage and support Digital Marketing Executives in their development.

Experience you’ll need

• Experience in a similar Paid Social position with a focus on LinkedIn, ideally within a Digital agency environment.
• Ability to strategies, implement, manage and report on LinkedIn Ad campaigns.
• Analytically minded and able to make data driven decisions to ensure campaign optimisation and maximised ROI.
• Ability to test and track conversion of campaigns.
• Solid understanding of how Paid Social campaigns integrate into the wider Digital strategy.
