This is a fantastic opportunity to join a lovely Client of ours a fintech scale up with offices in Bristol. This role would be a great match for someone who already gained some experience as a Partnership Manager or Business Development Manager within a B2B2C capacity.

What you’ll be doing

The successful postholder will develop and deliver partner marketing strategies to build my Client’s reputation and brand by identifying and establishing new brand partnerships and streamlining lead generation processes. You will create and implement media plans, use CRO experimentation to enhance partner channels, and collaborate cross-functionally to design effective partner journeys. Additionally, you will develop communication plans, marketing and sales collateral, explore co-marketing opportunities, plan events and webinars. Working closely with sales teams, you will enhance business development activities and track success through a robust measurement program, reporting to key stakeholders.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Previous experience in a similar role with an emphasis on B2B2C set up
  • Ability to craft compelling and persuasive copy for a partner audience
  • Strong understanding of brand and brand partnerships
  • Collaborative mindset and effective teamwork skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What you’ll get in return for your experience

A salary of £55-65k + great benefits. This role will require presence in the Bristol office once per week (Thursday) plus occasional travel to London.
