Product Manager

We’ve partnered with a well-known lifestyle and beauty brand with a global presence. They’re on an exciting digital transformation journey and will be rebuilding their entire eCommerce platform across 32 territories, setting up for major growth in Europe and APAC. They’re recruiting a Product Manager to help make this happen!

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Product Manager, you’ll work closely with global markets and get hands-on with the team to drive real change. You’ll be responsible for replacing their eCommerce platform (think large-scale, impactful, and fun!). Your role is all about ensuring smooth communication between teams and keeping everything moving forward. You’ll be working with a mix of in-house and outsourced developers, UX/UI teams, and product leads. The product side isn’t fully agile or tech-focused yet, but they’re improving, and your input will help take them to the next level. You’ll also have the opportunity to travel to New York!

What Experience You’ll Need to Apply

• Product management experience in a B2C environment as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager.
• A hands-on approach, comfortable diving into global market challenges.
• Exceptional communication skills—you’ll be the bridge between teams.
• A strong mix of in-house and outsourced team experience.
• eCommerce experience.
• Ideally, experience in a luxury brand, skincare, perfume, or beauty sector.
• Ability to work with cross-regional teams, covering time zones across the UK and the US.
