What You’ll Be Doing
We are seeking a proactive, experienced Project Manager to join a fast-growing tech business. You will work closely with the executive team and be responsible for driving multiple high-impact projects across the organisation, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and alignment with strategic goals. You will manage complex initiatives, handle the expectations of diverse executives, and foster collaboration in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the executive team to drive projects and define clear objectives and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet organisational standards.
• Identify potential risks and formulate effective mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive environment, ensuring clear communication among all stakeholders.

What Experience You’ll Need:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Confidence in managing projects independently, navigating C-suite stakeholders, and ensuring all objectives are met effectively.
• Experience in the Tech, Web, or IT sector is essential.
• Global experience; you will manage projects across diverse markets and geographies.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a preference for approachable and less formal communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
