This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative synthetic biology start-up utilising engineered microorganisms to create high-value, sustainable materials. Due to the growth of the business, they are looking for a Protein Engineer to join their R&D team.
What you’ll be doing?
As a Protein Engineer, you will be involved in expressing, purifying, optimising and modelling proteins. You will be involved in activity assay design, metabolic pathway optimisation, and protein prediction work.
What they are looking for?
They are looking for someone with experience with protein/enzyme engineering and has experience with metabolic pathway optimisation, protein purification, analytical chemistry and protein design.
What you’ll get in return?
There is a salary of up to €70,000 on offer with health insurance, travel allowance, lunch voucher and stock options.
