We’re looking for a QA Engineer to join a fast-growing online pharmacy and doctor service with offices in Bristol. Growing 50% each year, they’re a UK market-leader looking to super-charge their Test/QA provision as they supply critical treatments and products to relieve the pressure on our NHS. Working in a close-knit, down-to-earth but ambitious business, you’ll be a real part of something special where your views and expertise will be highly valued.

What you’ll be doing
As QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of a portfolio of business-critical applications, API and website through test case definition, manual testing, automated testing, defect reporting & tracking, and approval for release. You will work closely with the product and development teams and be a key player in delivering high-quality products to their customers, colleagues and partners. You will manage and undertake acceptance testing during sprints, report bugs to the development team, manage test environments to ensure sufficient and accurate data is available for comprehensive testing.
In addition, you will manage their automated testing capability, identifying opportunities to develop automated tests for regression testing. Working with the development team you will help to make automated testing a key part of the CI/CD pipeline, preparing the test environment for automated tests pre-release. Further duties will include introducing and maintain detailed process documentation and being the QA contact for new partner businesses through initial onboarding & integration phases.
