We’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join a creative purpose-driven, B Corp marketing agency in the South Oxfordshire area. The Senior Account Manager will lead and deliver work across a range of exciting campaigns and projects brand projects, website updates, LinkedIn, target account / ABM activity, video, paid and organic social media, SEO, content, infographics, and more. You’ll enjoy working with some really nice clients from technology, finance and professional services sectors. This role is perfect for a results-driven and motivated Senior Account Manager who’s looking to develop their career within a purpose driven marketing agency. We’re also very interested in hearing from you if you are an Account Manager looking for a step up to SAM level.

What you’ll be doing

The Senior Account Manager will take ownership over end-to-end project management, growth of client relationships, and ensuring timely project delivery. You’ll be able to hit the ground running and a natural people person.

You’ll work closely with the Creative Director, Strategy Director and Founder across a number of lovely client accounts. All very strong relationships and a real sens eof partnership. What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Experience as an Account Manager, Senior Account Manager in a marketing agency setting, managing multiple accounts.
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing and marketing campaigns, including as many of the following as possible: brand, website content, LinkedIn, target account / ABM activity, video, paid and organic social media, SEO, content, infographics.
  • We’d love to see some research & insight experience (segmentation and channel strategy is desired but not essential).
  • Self-starter with a passion for their clients’ industries – able to turn all things technical and complex into engaging, creative and industry leading campaigns.
  • Have worked in a client facing, agency role and proven capabilities in building lasting relationships and have worked to set budgets, and successfully led on client briefs.
