Senior Chemist

This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative Nottingham-based Material Science company. They are leaders within their field and are entering an exciting phase of scale-up and commercialisation. Due to the natural growth of the business, they are looking for a Senior Chemist to join their team.

What you will be doing?

As a Senior Chemist, you will be heavily involved in the R&D of the biotechnology product as they start to scale but also to optimise their lab-based product. You wil be involved in product development, protyping, creating new materials as well as optimising current materials.

What are they looking for?

• They are looking for someone who has experience working with polymers or chemical derivied materials.
• Understanding of scale-up processes from lab to small/large scale production.
• Background in Material Science, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or Chemistry.
• Experience working for a start-up is a bonus.
