Senior Creative Events Producer

This is an amazing opportunity for an Events Project / Design Manager to join a leader in the event design industry renowned for their creativity and innovation. This events agency pride themselves on delivering outstanding live events that elevate brand, services, and products. With a supportive team and a well-resourced design office in London, they are committed to personal development and excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop creative responses to client briefs to uphold the agency’s reputation for innovation.
• Produce visually appealing and accurate client proposals that support the sales process and ensure profitability.
• Attend client and venue meetings.
• Create detailed technical specifications for each event to guide the technical team.
• Manage and report on event budgets, ensuring all financial information is correctly filed.
• Deliver high-standard live events on-site. (minimum of 4 events per month)
• Work with clients to encourage the booking of multiple events.
• Adapt to flexible working hours, including weekends, as business demands.

What Experience You’ll Need

• Proven experience in event design and management.
• Strong creative and technical skills to develop client proposals and event specifications.
• Excellent budget management and reporting abilities.
• Ability to represent the company professionally in client and venue meetings.
• Flexibility to work outside of standard hours as needed.
• Team player mentality and ability to remain professional under pressure.
• A good knowledge of historic venues, caterers, and London specific events professionals.
