• Optimise data workflows to handle complex datasets, including genomic and proteomic information.
• Collaborate extensively with interdisciplinary teams to refine data insights and support advanced research.
• Implement secure and efficient data processes using state-of-the-art technology stacks.
• Adopt and advocate for Agile methodologies, DevOps principles, and continuous improvement across projects.

What experience you’ll need to apply

• Strong skills in Python, experience with data handling frameworks, and proficiency in version control tools.
• Capability in managing and transforming large datasets, with a solid understanding of data storage solutions both in SQL and NoSQL environments.
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and services e.g GCP, AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of data integration and pipeline construction tools, with a keen interest in adopting new programming languages or technologies.
