Senior Event Producer

We’re excited to be partnering with a renowned global agency known for its innovative and strategic approach to creating impactful, social-first campaigns. With offices worldwide, the agency works with an impressive roster of premium brands across a range of industries, including beauty, fashion, and lifestyle. Due to growth, they are hiring a Senior Event Producer to join their team in the Central London office.

What You’ll Be Doing As a Senior Event Producer, you will take the lead in managing the end-to-end production of high-impact events, including activations, international trips, pop-ups, and large-scale retail takeovers. You will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of multiple events running simultaneously, coordinating with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

You will act as a key point of contact for high-profile clients, fostering strong relationships, guiding creative direction, and overseeing the production of event proposals, budgets, and logistics. Additionally, you will support senior leadership by contributing to pitches, new business development, and the overall growth of the events division.

The events you produce will primarily focus on the beauty and lifestyle sectors, where your attention to detail will ensure the delivery of memorable experiences for luxury brands and their audiences.

What Experience You’ll Need

• Proven experience in a senior event production role, ideally within an agency environment managing large-scale events, particularly within the beauty, lifestyle, and/or luxury sectors.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A solid track record in client relationship management, having worked closely with premium brands to deliver exceptional results.
• Experience in creating and managing event budgets, proposals, and logistics.
• A deep understanding of event activations, pop-ups, and other creative brand experiences.
• A passion for beauty and lifestyle events, staying on top of the latest trends within these sectors.
• A hands-on approach combined with a strategic mindset, eager to contribute to business development and new opportunities.
