I’m delighted to be supporting a fantastic Client of ours, a boutique hotel group with offices in Broadway, Worcestershire. This vacancy would be a strong match for someone who already gained several years of experience as a Marketing Executive, Senior Marketing Executive, Assistant Marketing Manager or Junior Marketing Manager.

What you’ll be doing

The successful candidate will report into the Head of Brand and Marketing and they will manage a Marketing Executive. The purpose of this role will be to support the Head of with developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, increase revenue and enhance customer engagement. The successful postholder will be responsible for a range of digital marketing activities including SEO, content/ social media, CRM/ email marketing and PPC/ paid social in collaboration with an external agency. Another part of the role will be to manage campaigns utilising all the channels previously mentioned as all we PR/ influencers via an external agency.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Previous experience working in a similar role for a consumer business.
  • Background in hospitality or premium products will be advantageous.
  • Line management experience of at least one more junior team member.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills.

A salary of c/ £37-40k + regular tips and benefits. This role offers a hybrid working model. Due to the remote nature of my Client’s location we can only consider candidates with access to their own transport.
