We’re excited to be working with a fantastic purpose-driven agency looking to hire a Senior PPC Executive or PPC Manager into the team. You’ll be super hands-on in implementing Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads and will be supported by a team of specialists. As Senior PPC Executive/PPC Manager, you’ll lead Paid Search campaigns and drive growth for a variety of well-known B2C and B2B brands. What you’ll be doing

  • Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across various platforms for both B2C and B2B accounts, ensuring they align with broader marketing strategies.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of Google Ads to enhance performance across different campaign types, including Shopping, Search, Display, and Performance Max.
  • Utilise PPC tools such as Google Merchant Center, Google Ads/Microsoft Ads Editor, and other digital reporting software to monitor, analyse, and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Handle complex and international PPC accounts, ensuring precision and consistency in execution.
  • Implement and manage performance marketing automation tools, including scripts and in-house or external software.
  • Innovate and execute campaigns with a focus on testing, measuring, learning, and scaling successful strategies.

Experience you’ll need

  • Experience in a similar Paid Search role within an agency environment, managing PPC accounts for B2C and B2B accounts.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Google Ads, with proven experience across various campaign types such as Shopping, Search, Display, and Performance Max.
  • Proficiency in using PPC tools like Google Merchant Center, Google Ads/Microsoft Ads Editor, and digital reporting platforms such as Google Data Studio.
  • Experience managing international accounts
  • Familiarity with performance marketing automation
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all campaign-related tasks.
  • The ability to innovate and take initiative, with a focus on testing, learning, and scaling successful strategies.
  • A basic understanding of attribution and tracking, along with the ability to effectively communicate these concepts to clients.
