What you’ll be doing
As a Senior Product Owner, you’ll own the product backlog, turning business goals into actionable tasks while bridging the gap between customer needs and technical delivery. You’ll collaborate with teams across development, design, and marketing to ensure features are implemented smoothly and in line with company objectives. By defining the product roadmap and maintaining a clear vision, you’ll align priorities with strategic goals.

Your role will involve gathering requirements from stakeholders, writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and using data-driven insights to track performance. You’ll also advocate for customers, ensuring their needs are central to product decisions, and stay up-to-date with market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

What experience you’ll need

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends, user feedback, and performance metrics to guide decisions.
  • A solid understanding of software development, APIs, and SaaS platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment.
  • A user-focused mindset, committed to delivering meaningful and impactful solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Linear.
  • Hands-on experience in UX/UI collaboration, A/B testing, and data-driven product management.
  • Experience gained in a start-up or scale-up environment is highly desirable.

What you’ll get in return for your talents
The salary is in the range of £60k–£70k, and the role is predominantly remote (UK-based), with a preference for candidates local to the South West to facilitate occasional in-person collaboration and team meetups. This isa fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing company with ambitious plans, offering a supportive, collaborative culture that values innovation and creativity.
