A rare opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer (Node, TypeScript) to join a Tech For Good SAAS business that helps educate millions of children globally. They’ll need to see you at their Bristol HQ once or twice a month initially but the role will move to full remote where you’ll be part of a new team doing incredible things.

What skills you’ll be needing

  • Significant experience writing JavaScript/TypeScript with Node.js.
  • Demonstrable success across development, testing, automation, ops and support.
  • Knowledge/experience of running an app on Google Cloud would be highly desirable.
  • You have an open and collaborative working style.

What you’ll be doing

Joining a new team within the business you will be working alongside a team of developers on their google cloud hosted app, admin panels, data dashboards and internal tools. You’ll be writing high quality code whilst working closely with their tech support team, testers and non-technical staff. Your experience and wisdom will be hugely appreciated as the business continues to grow, passing on your skills and suggesting improvements.
