Senior Technician

I am looking for a Senior Technician to join an exciting textile recycling start-up focused on converting nylon, polyester, elastane and others from polymers to monomers to decarbonize the textile industry.
 
What you’ll be doing?
 
As a Senior Technician, you will be involved in setting up large-scale reactions to produce monomers and polymers as well as operating and maintaining reactors. You will be involved in purifying and separating organic chemicals at both small and large scale as well as characterising polymer properties to contribute towards product development. 
 
What experience you’ll need?
 
As a Senior Technician they are looking for someone who has experience working with reactors, experience with polymerisation, purification processes, characterising organic compounds and polymers as well as looking to work in a start-up.
