Service Designer – Customer Support

• Service Designer – Customer Support.
• Up to £500 p/day – “Inside IR35”.
• 3 Months Initial – Remote. 

3-month initial contract opportunity for a Service Designer with experience of Customer Support, experience with both online and call centre support is essential, experience working with a HealthTech business is desirable as is AI.
 
What you’ll be doing
 
Working from your home office – The project involves providing business process & system design consultancy for the customer support function of a tech company.
 
What experience you’ll need to apply for this role 

• Service Designer (Mid-Senior).
• Customer Support (Essential).
• Tech/HealthTech/MedTech (Desirable). 

What you’ll get in return for your experience
 
The daily rate is £400 – £500 p/day “Outside IR35”, however, all quotes from suitable candidates will be considered.
Those that can demonstrate the required experience will receive the top end of the rate range.
