Fast-growing travel business in central Bristol with international offices are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to help them reach new heights with their multi-award winning service. This BCorp certified market-leader are looking for someone to join their team to support internal employees across the group and be a part of key infrastructure projects as they continue to grow at speed. What you’ll be doing
Working in a fun, friendly team you will be supporting internal employees with a wide range of technical support issues as well as taking part in larger systems project work. Core duties will be to log and resolve IT issues promptly and effectively, assist in escalating and resolving more complex issues and generally contribute to providing a safe, secure, and enjoyable IT experience.
You will be exposed to a wide variety of tickets and technologies and gain experience in Azure as they migrate their services. You will write comprehensive ticket notes, be involved in and run onboarding and ongoing IT training, provide asset inventory updates and process imaging of end-user devices through Microsoft Autopilot and Microsoft Intune. Other duties will include hands-on testing and troubleshooting of hardware, including laptops, monitors and headsets as well as desk setups, including network cabling.
You will need strong analytical, logical troubleshooting skills and be naturally calm under pressure, you will have a logical thought process in troubleshooting with excellent communication skills.
