Solution Specialist

My client is one of the most highly respected eCommerce Agencies in the UK. With over 20 years’ experience creating Market Leading Adobe Commerce sites, there is no better place for a proactive, hardworking individual to move to.

This role sees you working closely with all areas of the business as you act as a vital part of creating market leading Sites using Adobe Commerce. Collaborating with the Dev Team, Marketing Team, Project Managers, and the client themselves, you will be at the centre of everything. Pitching new ideas, helping to solve current issues, as well as always thinking of the bigger picture, this role is vital to their next steps as they look to continue growing throughout 2024.

This position is fully remote, but all candidates need to be based in the UK with full Right To Work a full time position.

What you’ll be need:

• Expert level knowledge with the Adobe Commerce platform.
• Strong experience in tools such as: Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Journey Analytics’ Adobe Target, & Adobe Real-Time CDP.
• Strong Technical Knowledge and able to work with internal and external stakeholders of varying technical ability.
• Strong experience inside the eCommerce industry.
• Strong experience leading client meetings/presentations & building relationships.
• Strong Communication skills both verbally and non-verbally.
• Proven skills creating and working to clients’ strategies.
• Ability to be part of the full project life cycle from collecting requirements through to deploying.
• Ideally experience with other CMS’s outside of Magento.
• Be pro-active, mindful, and ability to work under pressure at all times if/when needed.
• Ability to manage own time effectively and be the voice of reason inside and knowledge in Pods.
